Next Big Learning (NBL) Learner E-learning Policy:

General Conduct on the Platform:

1. Be kind and courteous. Treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. Profanity is forbidden here.

2. No hate speech or bullying

Degrading or off-topic comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Applicable to all members in the platform including but not limited to fellow learners, faculty, administrators.

3. No Promotions or redirection

Learner Honor Code:

All learners participating in the class must agree to abide by the following code:

1. Will register for only one account, unless expressly permitted to register for additional accounts by Next Big Learning.

2. Answers to quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments will be your own work (except for assignments that explicitly permit collaboration).

3. Will not make solutions to quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments available to anyone else. This includes both solutions written by you, as well as any solutions provided by the course staff or others.

4. Will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.

5. Do anything that violates local, state, national, or international law or breaches any of your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.

6. Share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.

7. Attempt to access any other user's account.

8. Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services, unless specifically authorized to do so.

9. Access, tamper with

10.  or use non-public areas of our systems unless specifically authorized to do so.

11. Break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless specifically authorized to do so.

12. Try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.

13. Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.

Violation of any of the above can lead to immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

Grading Criteria & Pedagogy (Structure subject to change without prior notice)

Grading criteria is followed based on the following activities - 

• Course Participation 
• Assignment
• Case Study
• Review Quiz
• Final Assessment

Note: Retest for final assessment only can be availed for a nominal retest fee.

NBL reserves the right to change the structure of the course and the grading criterion without prior notice. NBL has the final say in the grading methodology followed for certification. Certification only after validation by NBL staff of successful course completion.

Learners will need to have Javascript enabled. Learners should have common plugins installed.

Ensure, you have a proper internet (WIFI) connection preferably 30Mbps or above.

Copyright and distribution of the course: 

1.  This course including but not limited to course structure, content, assignments, review quiz, assessment and forum discussions are part of the NBL platform and is an intellectual property of Next Big Learning / Next Big Innovation Labs.

2. Do not share content that you do not have the right to share, claim content that you did not create as your own, or otherwise infringe or misappropriate someone else’s intellectual property or other rights. Always attribute materials used or quoted by you to the original copyright owner.

3. The content would not be available to the learner post-course completion. All-access to the LMS platform and content would be revoked after 30 days of the course commencement date.

Payment and Refund Policy:

The payment confirmation to be made prior to the course commencement date, in case of any discrepancy or dispute, found before / after / or during the course, the registration would qualify for disqualification from the course, without prior notice and refund.

This course fee is non-refundable. Any clarifications or concerns regarding payment can be raised at learning@nextbiglab.com
